rrnB terminator (TrrnB)

  • Transcription terminator (rrnB terminator). The terminator sequence that was used by Chappell et al. (2015) in the initial design of the STAR system. We decided to use this terminator sequence for our STAR part as well, since it’s compatibility with the STAR sequence was validated by Chapell et al. (2015).
